I’m so excited because my mom helped me get small chest freezer last week! I’ve been wanting one forever so that I can not only shop smarter by stocking up on great deals, but so that I can start implementing some of the meal plans and tips I learned when I subscribed to the Once a Week Cooking course. I had already done the bulk of my shopping when I got it though, so the fun will mostly start next month. However, I was able to buy some more meat and vegetables than I usually do since I had room for them now. Yay!

Tuesday: Garlic Cube Steaks with Sauteed Onions and Mashed Potatoes
Wednesday: Italian Sausage with Zucchini and Tomatoes over Rice
Thursday: Baked Lemon Chicken and Broccoli
Friday: I think we’re going to the water park on this day. So we’ll either end up having sandwiches or leftovers.
Saturday: Today I’m going to put a Boneless Boston Butt in the slow cooker with some basic seasonings. Then I’m going to attempt to pull 3 or 4 meals out of it to freeze for next week. Yay!
