I strayed from the menu plan a couple days last week, but using it is still helpful. I did remember to do the shredded pork in the slow cooker Saturday so I pulled up Google and found some recipes to use it with this week. We started out with sliders on Sunday using a bit of shredded pork, a little deli mustard, some grilled onions and some cheese on dinner rolls. Turned out great!

Friday: Rice and Gravy with shredded pork if there’s any left or hamburger if there’s not.
